Over 90 percent of total output is single wall boxes and trays with the remainder in doublewall. A growing interest in doublewall boxes with an outer surface of E and F flute with enhanced printing is attracting wide market interest. While the majority of production is for one and two colour printing, the requirements by branded products for three and four colour work is expanding steadily.

C Flute

C Flute - combines the best properties of A and B. Is thinner than A flute, thicker than B flute.

B Flute

B Flute - Provides maximum crush resistance and generally has less washboard than A or C flute board.

E Flute

E Flute - is used where very thin corrugated board is recommended. Exceptionally smooth surface to print on. Is easily formed into containers. Replaces large folding cartons for heavy items.
